Ever since Entrecard limited the exchanges of entrecard credits, most blogs stopped selling their excess entrecard credits. Bloggers wondered what to do with their ECs. Although blogs here and there were already holding contests and giving ECs as prizes, that was also hampered by the limited exchange of ECs.
Last month, Entrecard posted their Entrecard Contest 2.0 wherein bloggers may hold their contests and can award more than 1000 EC (max limit for exchange) at once. I guess this is the best way to dispose of excess credits.
In my account i have about 12k ECs and since i just drop every now and then and don’t put on ad much, it accumulated. We will probably hold contests using entrecard as prizes in the future but for now i’ll let it stay as it is. I get traffic in dropping and it is serving it’s purpose.
